A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the evenings of Thursday, March 26, 2009 - Saturday, March 28, 2009, at a rate of $139 per night for a single or double room, plus taxes. You must specify that you are with the “IDSA Northeast District Conference” when making your reservations to receive the discounted rate. Room reservations must be made by Thursday, March 5, 2009. Hurry, space is limited!

The rooms at the Hyatt may be sold out, but if you still need a room, there is space available at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston-Cambridge.  The hotel is 1 mile from the Hyatt, although there is a hotel shuttle to transport attendees to the Hyatt. Online rates vary but are currently $139 a night. Please note: IDSA does not have a group room block at this hotel

Getting Here:

You can fly into Logan International and once there you can rent a car, take a taxi (roughly $35-$40) or ride the “T”. (about $2) To get to the Hotel from Logan, you can take the Silver Line to South Station, transfer to the Red line and take it to the Kendall Square Station. Kendall Square is about 1.5 miles from the hotel, so you can either walk along memorial drive (a nice walk along the river) or take a short cab ride (less than $5).

Other nearby airports - Hanscomb Field (15 miles), or T.F. Green (62 miles)

There is also an Amtrak Station (Back Bay Amtrak Station) about 3 miles from the Hotel.
