		<description>Hey All,

Amazing turn out Bruce. You and your committee ran a great conference with great speakers and fun events. Thank you guys for all your hard work volunteering to organize and run this conference.

I heard 3 out of the 5 district conferences sold out weeks ago actually and two of the up coming districts actually had to change venues to accommodate the unpresidented turn out.

I particularly wanted to hear feedback and thoughts about the portfolio review event. It's always a challenge and IDSA tries something different each time to see if we can come up with a different solution. Obviously there's somethings we just can't solve but I hope those of you that attended the second session on Sunday morning found that model a bit more helpful in allowing you to see what it's like to network and gain some collaborative opportunities.

It's rough roads for a year or two and since we can't be there for you once you graduate the best thing we can do is give you some opportunities to practice what it's like to be in the real world on your own. If you attack your job hunting strategically with persistence and tenacity you'll come out on the other side successful.

Best to everyone!
